Operation 21, LLC is owned and operated by David and Brenda Waters. David, being in law enforcement since May of 1978 (32 years) saw the need to educate citizens that had been sentenced by the courts in relation to Georgia Law.
In today’s society education is the key to success when it comes to saving lives. Operation 21, LLC offers this education to any violator by teaching the liability and responsibility each citizen has when he/she makes a bad choice. Alcohol/Drugs does not discriminate against anyone and it is related to more deaths in the nation than any other origin, i.e., motor vehicle accidents (fatalities or serious injuries), family violence to include homicide, suicides and medical issues related to diseases.
Operation 21, LLC is operating in the metropolitan counties of Atlanta in which the courts are utilizing as an alternative to educate the violators. The goal of Operation 21, LLC is to educate each violator so that he/she will have a better understanding of the laws of our State.
Operation 21, LLC has designed a program for our Judicial System to utilize. Unlike other companies, Operation 21 utilizes P.O.S.T. Certified off-duty police officers to teach the program. The program includes a Pre-test and must pass a Post-test with 100% accuracy. Also each student must perform a Field Sobriety Test by our Certified Instructors with our Fatal Vision Goggles which impair the vision of the students.
Operation 21, LLC also offers Victim Impact in our Forsyth location which comes with the class at no additional charge. Renita Poor is a surviving victim of a DUI. Renita is very special and brings a lot of humor to the class over a very serious situation.
